Strategic communication and storytelling

I listen to find what you are not seeing. We sort out audiences, messages and channels. And we turn it into a story that is understood, remembered and shared.

or follow me and I’ll explain

if it doesn’t fit here, it isn’t clear yet.

Sound familiar?

tap each one and I’ll tell you how we fix it ↓

You don’t know which social network your audience is on, so you post on all of them.

what we do: We look at where your audience really is and choose one or two networks. Better two done well than five done by halves.

You talk the same way to funders, partners, press and the public. And it doesn’t land with any of them.

what we do: We draw a stakeholder map: what each one needs to hear, through which channel and in what tone.

You get hateful comments and don’t know whether to reply, delete or stay silent.

what we do: We prepare a simple protocol: when to reply, when to hide, when to report and who decides.

You post every week, but nobody measures what works.

what we do: We choose three or four indicators that matter and a monthly review so you decide with data.

Everyone on the team explains the project differently.

what we do: We write the core message and a short guide so the whole team tells it the same way.

A journalist calls and nobody knows who should speak or what to say.

what we do: We choose spokespeople, key messages and a plan to handle the press without improvising.

It is not a lack of content. It is the lack of a story to hold it together. And until you have one, others tell theirs and win over your audience.

the good news: your story already exists. we just have to find it.

I listen, I organise, we tell

how I work ↓

My method has three steps. I do the first two. We do the last one together.

01

I listen

Before writing a single line, I listen.

What I do
  • Interviews with your team and with people who see you from outside
  • Audit of your website, social media and materials: what works and what is surplus
  • Discourse analysis: what you say and what is really understood

02

I organise

I find the story and we decide how to tell it.

What I do
  • Stakeholder map: who to talk to first and what each one needs to hear
  • Which networks to use, which to drop and why
  • Core message, key messages and tone of voice
  • Protocol for hateful comments and moments of crisis
  • Calendar and KPIs: what to post, when and how to know if it works

03

We tell

The story goes out into the world. And here we work together.

What I do
  • Copy for the website, presentations and social media
  • Templates so the team can post without depending on anyone
  • Spokesperson training: who talks to the press and how
  • Support while you put it into practice

what you get

  • A strategy document, clear and short
  • The stakeholder map and the guide to messages and tone
  • A protocol for responding to hateful comments
  • A communication plan with a calendar
  • An AI assistant with your tone and messages, so the team writes consistently and faster
  • Ready-made prompts for social media, press releases and replies to comments

Who is it for?

For any organisation with something important to say. It doesn’t matter whether you are an NGO, a company, a public body or an EU project. What counts is the moment you are in.

Starting out

You are launching a project, a brand or an organisation and want to tell it well from day one.

Growing

You have grown and your communication has not kept up.

Changing

A new stage, a new audience or a new focus. Time to rework the story.

Stuck

You post, but nothing happens. And you want to know why.

Ontraining

360° strategy

in those years: from 10 to 40 groups

Tell me more

I planned the 360° communication strategy, digital and offline, for this training company. In those years it grew from 4 to 15 teachers and from 10 to 40 groups.

Ontranslation

Content strategy

lesson: good content keeps working for years

Tell me more

I managed more than 30 client accounts and ran the content strategy for ten. A piece on plain language that I ranked on Google brought in, years later, the commission from the Spanish Prime Minister’s Office.

Dos Mesas

The story of an association

my part: concept and narrative

Tell me more

I designed the concept and narrative of Dos Mesas, an association for storytelling committed to human rights. Today I chair it and documentaries are its main activity.

ED Futura

A podcast about education

result: more than 500 daily visits

Tell me more

I led ED Futura, a podcast project about education. We reached more than 500 daily visits and more than ten interviews with leading figures in the sector.

What people usually ask me

How long does a strategy take?

It depends on the size of the project. After the briefing I give you a fixed schedule, with dates for each delivery.

What if I only need one part?

No problem. It could be a messaging workshop, your brand story or a review of your website copy.

Do you work with my team or my agency?

With both. I work alongside your communication team or your design agency, so strategy and design go hand in hand.

How are you different from an advertising agency?

I don’t sell campaigns. I help you find what to say and how, so any campaign, website or video you make afterwards makes sense.

Which languages do you work in?

In Spanish, Catalan and English.
